• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
• Missed appointments (no-shows) or cancellations on arrival will be charged in full
• In cases of illness or emergency, please contact Tola Rotibi as soon as possible – 50% refund will be issued, and a new appointment will be offered
• If Tola Rotibi needs to cancel your appointment, it will be rearranged at no extra cost.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless discussed otherwise
